These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the QQMacan platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing or using QQMacan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. QQMacan reserves the right to verify this information at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. QQMacan will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you promptly notify QQMacan of suspected unauthorised access.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact QQMacan customer support immediately via live chat. QQMacan accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory requirement before QQMacan processes any withdrawal request. Verification may also be triggered at registration or at any point during your account lifecycle at QQMacan's discretion, including for anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by QQMacan will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. QQMacan reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of verification and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
QQMacan accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. All player accounts are denominated in MYR. QQMacan does not charge platform fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which QQMacan accepts no responsibility.

Important: All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of gambling, is strictly prohibited and may constitute money laundering under applicable law.
Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and may be updated from time to time. Players are advised to consult the cashier section of the platform for current limits.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions and timelines. QQMacan is committed to processing player withdrawals promptly; however, the following indicative timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary depending on payment provider performance, KYC status, and peak processing periods.
All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. QQMacan reserves the right to apply additional verification for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.
Withdrawal requests involving Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement will be declined. Only Real Money balances — net of any unsatisfied bonus obligations — are eligible for immediate withdrawal.

Each promotional offer is governed by its own specific terms, which are communicated at the point of offer and take precedence over any general guidance provided herein.
Bonus Abuse: QQMacan employs detection mechanisms for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing contradictory bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Any such conduct will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account termination.
All games available on QQMacan are governed by the specific rules applicable to that game type, as displayed within the game interface or game information page. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay outcomes.
QQMacan's sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules that define how bets are graded across various outcomes, including match results, Asian handicaps, over/under lines, and in-play markets. These rules apply to all sports covered on the platform, including English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, Champions League, UFC, and other events offered from time to time.
In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or system disruption that materially affects the integrity of a game round or sports market, QQMacan reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets. Where a technical error results in an erroneous payout, QQMacan reserves the right to recover those funds from the Player's account balance.
No person may use software, algorithms, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay. The use of betting bots, automated wagering scripts, or any tool designed to exploit platform mechanics is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the QQMacan platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
QQMacan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold, recover, or void any funds or winnings associated with such conduct. Suspected illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Mandatory Restriction: QQMacan reserves the right to impose account restrictions on any player who, in QQMacan's reasonable assessment, displays indicators of problem gambling — including but not limited to: rapidly escalating deposit patterns, requests to reverse self-exclusion immediately after activation, or repeated failed attempts to override deposit limits.
All content on the QQMacan platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphical assets, text content, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary property of QQMacan or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QQMacan's total cumulative liability to you in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of Real Money funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.
QQMacan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any other economic loss arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.
QQMacan makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. While we take all reasonable precautions to maintain platform integrity and data security, no digital system is immune from all risk, and we disclaim liability for any loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
QQMacan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, QQMacan will provide reasonable advance notice to active account holders via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QQMacan holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing territory.
